A great night is often paired with good enough music to compliment, and with the clubs getting all too crowded, the era of chill-indie music had began. Furnishing in this establishment is freshly minted, giving off motifs of an industrialised interior. Exposed piping, tyres, tungsten lightning with plates decorated the walls and ceilings. A stark contrast to what is outside. Do not miss out on the eye-catching neon decor placed throughout for your camera's indulgence.

Here's what we ordered
1. Ultimate Burger | $17.90
Signature dish speaks for itself. Visually stunning with a taste to match. Two handmade juicy patties, bacon and specialty sauce, all between two fluffy charcoal buns. A harmonic convergence of flair if you ask me.
2. Classic Carbonara | $14.90
This one for those with a stronger palate. Rich, creamy and garlicky is the sauce, mixed within is al dente pasta and generously topped with pancetta. In case you prefer your sauce to be thicker, an added egg poached to perfection at the epicenter of this delicious mess.
3. Grilled Salmon | $17.90
Perfect balance of acidity and flavour that alleviates this beautiful fish. Hush down a little as you bite the intriguingly crisp skin and because this fish is backed by a secret recipe, so taste it to believe.
4. Truffle Oyster Mushroom | $8.90
What is a bar without some finger foods? With beer being their featured beverage, this greasy-salty flavoured vegetable (questionable) is sure to manage the hangover should anyone drink a sip too many. Generous amounts of thinly sliced mushrooms allows for the absorption of all the essence thrown into it.

We thought hard, and found the food to be amazing.
The level in which MEME Bistro and Bar is playing at is Too Damn High. Good food, music, decor and great vibes. All you would want in a chill night with your friends had been set up. You can now enter a whole new universe with your conversations.
