A blend of all the goodness Mother Nature has to offer should look like something you can find here at The Good Boys. Breakfast, lunch or dinner (including desserts), their vast selection of delectable bowls and tiny bites provides a guilt-free indulgence for our daily needs.
Located at The Commerze @ Irving, along the lines of other outward facing eateries. A short stroll from Tai Seng MRT (CC11).
Location: 1 Irving Place, Tai Seng, #01-26, Singapore 369546
Opening Hours: 0800 to 1830 on weekdays, 1000 to 1830 on weekends.
The locale is of an industrial estate, and accents of industry is apparent in the interior - with overhanding steel frames. A hint of flora is added to these frames to add a variance using leaves and husk lamps, juxtaposing the industry with nature.

Expected damage: ~$20 per pax
For healthy foods, a steep price tag usually follows. The Good Boys managed to keep it affordable while maintaining a premium standard for their food and beverages.
Here's what we ordered
1. TGB Acai Bowl | $12.00
Refreshing mix of acai and berries brought forth a chilly yet hearty bowl of goodness. Adding some earthiness with freshly baked granola and seeds to include a crunch with each bite. Talk about a perfect match.
2. Ducka Waka | $10.00
Savoury slices of smoked duck, wakame seaweed, furikake, cherry tomatoes and an onsen egg presents a medley of compliments. Each spoonful, packed with distinct flavours, unique with every bowl.
3. Salmon Avo | $12.00
A light and simple plate of sourdough-wiches. Minute additions such as chia seeds sprinkled elevates the dish into a different tier; it only looks simple but holds a multitude of flavours. Good for sharing.
4. Banana Bread (Australian Style) | $3.50 per slice
Unpretentious slice of buttery bread that radiates the sweet scent of.. you guessed it, bananas. One small slice was birthed from a rich Aussie recipe, paired perfectly with coffee.
5. Assorted Beverages | $4.00 ~ $7.00
An array of hot, iced of blended beverages awaits in TGB's menu. Our picks were TGB Iced Latte ($4.50), Hojicha Frappe ($6.00) and Mango Milkshake ($5.00) respectively from above. It was a blissful slurp to wash down meal; at least for the drinks we picked.
Taste Ratings: 4/5
Meticulous with presentation, hearty to the taste.
A shy of 1 point was due to a longer waiting time, but with the bountiful amounts of ingredients, it was understandable. After all, we would not want to compromise the quality of the taste.
At the dawn of the New Year, you've probably made the resolution to watch your diet. Now we've found a place where we can indulge in guilt-free delicacies. However, we had only scratched the surface of what TGB have to offer.
There is sure to be something on their extensive menu which is suited to each individual. If there isn't, they even give the option to customise your own bowl. Learn how to here!
Who said guilt-free food has to be green and bland? Try TGB for yourself and see how colourful and palatable it can be.
